I had a deeply disappointing experience at Grainger Branch #530 in Elizabeth, NJ on May 27, 2026. I placed an order for two Milwaukee tool kits through Grainger customer service and received an email confirmation stating the order was ready for pickup. After driving approximately 40 minutes to the branch, I was told by store employees that management would not release my order unless I paid again by cash or card, despite the fact that customer service and Grainger’s credit department later confirmed my account and available credit line were valid and sufficient. Even after I returned to the counter with Grainger customer service on speakerphone confirming there was no issue with my account, the branch still refused to release the merchandise and told me I would need to return another day. The interaction left me feeling humiliated, profiled, and unfairly treated as a customer. I have since filed a formal corporate complaint regarding the incident. I hope Grainger takes situations like this seriously and improves how customers are treated moving forward.

Extremely helpful staff, I think his name was Mark. Helped me find a similar part to my broken motor. It would take months to get it at Grainger, so he printed out a couple options where I could buy it elsewhere. Overall great service.

I bought a few insulated containers to ship food, and they worked well. I paid $3 for each one, it was a very cheap price. The store is a bit small, but I searched on their website first, before I came here.

I dealt with them for 4 mth started off with a net 30 acct . 4 months later I open up another company and then try to open up another acct for my new company I got rejected which is no problem company is new gotta build it up understandable . What’s now understandable is why they cut my other company credit off without any notice or nothing . Now I’m walking in the store about to place my order and found out they I have no credit acct so what they say is now I’m prepaid the system just spits it out that’s it . Time to find another company !!!!!!!!!!! Bye grainger !!!!
